British Railways Western Region INSPECTOR cap badge

A scarce original 1950 to 1956 issue 'British Railways Western Region cap badge'; gilt brass example depicting a lion astride a wheel, the centre 'Chocolate' enamel bar inscribed 'INSPECTOR'. Very good condition, complete with original two loop fittings ( one slightly bent, no enamel loss to bar, gilt finish remains bright.Height 48mm.
