Rover Scouts RS leather hat band title badge

A scarce original 'Rover Scouts nickel silver plated badge'; the 'RS' initials connected by a short bar with loops to reverse, to place on the leather band of a Scout Leaders large felt hat. Very good condition, complete with original loop fittings and split pin, minor service wear.Width 25mm.Height 12mm.
