A good original post 1953 late issue 'British Red Cross Society 60 years service pin badge'; small gilt and enamel example, displaying a Queen Elizabeth II Crown. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings withsafety roller catchin good working condition, no damage to the enamel.Height approx 26mm.
