WW1 Nottingham County Special Constable 1914 police reserve badge

A good original First World War circa 1914 period 'Nottingham County Special Constable gilt and enamel badge', the reverse with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London' and impressed with the date '1914' not issue number. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. An excellent exampleDiameter approx 32mm.
