German WWII Army M1935 Double Decal Helmet, Complete, ET62

Original era manufacture. Classic first pattern Army steel helmet as worn in the early campaigns of WWII. Original apple green paint finish, and original decals as shown. Very nice original brown leather liner with drawstring, and soldiers name written on one side. The aluminum liner band is dated 1939, and the original chinstrap is dated 1937. The chinstrap is complete, pliable, but a bit dry. All three early pattern rivets are in place and are secured with their proper slot. A sound example, showing honest service use, but without having been improved upon in the past70 years.
