French M1874 Gras Rifle Bayonet, St Etienne Arsenal 1875

Original era manufacture. Standard model 1874 Gras bayonet, mismatched numbersguard to scabbard. The blade is bright, with clear markings on its spine. Pressed into the obverse grip panel is a large numer 1 and number 3. Blue finished scabbard with some light surface corrosion and a few shallow dents.
