British 1859 Pattern Cutlass Bayonet

Officially titled 'Bayonet , Sword, Naval with Cutlass Guard' . Broad blade by Kirschbaum , Germany. Original pressed fiber checkered grips. Working locking stud. British inspection/acceptance stamps. The bowl guard with a small 'ding'. Overall all metal parts have a dark toned appearance. Engraved on the pommel '444', this is indicative of Pre-Federation markings n Australian issued colonial bayonets. Can't be 100% certain but more than likely. No scabbard.
