France : WW1 1916 Verdun Medal in Bronze by Vernier.

Bronze medal (26.5mm dia) with double ring suspender complete with original ribbon. A number of different designs of the Verdun Medal were produced but this Vernier pattern was adopted as the 'official' version. Excellent condition complete with original ribbon.
