Imperial : German Army Bavarian Officer's Pair of Dress Epaulettes for a Feuerwerker (Pyrotechnician) in the Rank of Hauptmann.

Very nice matched pair of dress epaulettes (c1880) for an army Hauptmann (Captain) of a Feuerwerke unit. Black velvet top with a brass 'F' and two brass pips with a brass crescent surround indicating the rank of Hauptmann. Silver braid surround to the upper part of the straps incorporates a fine pale-blue stripe. The epaulettes are backed in red wool and one retains its original indiscernible paper label whilst the other has the remnants of a label..Very good condition.
