WW1 (and later) ID Armband for Headquarter (?) Personnel.

Plain yellow wool armband, khaki lined with adjustable press-stud fitting. Faint WD broad arrow stamp on the reverse. Press-studs stamped 'Newey Brothers Ltd, B'ham'. Not sure what this is for but it came from the stock found in a long-forgotten QM stores.
