Royal Navy Ship's Cap-tally 'HMS Orkney'.

Full-length ribbon with gold wire woven ship's name which has age-darkening / tarnish to some of the lettering otherwise excellent condition.HMS Orkney (P299) was launched in 1976 as an Island-class patrol vessel of the Royal Navy and spent most of her time as a fishery protection vessel. In 2000 she became TTS Nelson of the Trinidad and Tobago Coast Guard. Finally, in 2016, the vessel was sold for scrap.
