Royal Navy Ship's Cap-tally 'HMS Maxton'.

Full-length ribbon with gold wire woven ship's name which has very minor age-darkening / tarnish to some of the lettering otherwise excellent condition..HMS Maxton (M1165) was a Ton-class minesweeper built by Harland and Wolff in the 1950s.She was decommissioned in 1988 and sold for scrap in 1989.
