Italian WWII M1891 Carcano Bayonet, PS 1942

Original period manufacture Standard pattern Carcano bayonet with nice wood grips and near 100% blue finish to the metal components. Very clean example, which is maker marked and dated on the crossguard, PS 1942.Pliable black leather scabbard with a brass throat and chape, the body stitching has opened up on the scabbard, with a 7 mm gap between the throat and guard, when the bayonet is inserted.
