German WWII Army Enlisted M1936 Combat Tunic

Original era manufacture. Classic WWII German army issue tunic, worn throughout the war. Dark green wool collar, with a feldgrau woll body.The tunic displays considerable wear and use, and in my opinion, is likely a Russian capture, perhaps a POW worn tunic. It exhibits period patches, in the form of different colors of tunic wool at the elbows, with stitch repairs to holes and tears.The collar tabs are replacements, and are not original examples. The later style enlisted eagle is also a replacement but an original example. collector or costume house Oberschutze pip and Infantry Blitz on the left sleeve.Correct partial lining as shown with the bandage pouch in place. The size is a 40 short. Blacked out costume company markings in the lining, with faint issue stamps visible.
