Original era manufacture. Small size, Japanese made cigarette lighter by Vulcan. On the cover is an enameled insignia bearing the crest of the USS Woodrow Wilson, a Lafayette Class ballistic missile submarine.The Woodrow Wilson was commissioned in 1963 and served the US Navy until decommissioned in 1994, and scrapped in 1998.The lighter exhibits typical age and wear, no damage to the enameled crest, needs a flint and fuel to operate.
