Peruvian 19th Century Field Grade Officer Epaulettes, French Mfg

Original era manufacture. A pair of very ornate fringed epaulettes of silver wire construction, and displaying the symbols of Peru on the top. They display wear and use, but the workmanship in constructing these epaulettes is quite something. The fringe measures 3.5 inches in length, brass attaching hook on the reverse of each, stamped Marque de Fabrique, with a crown over a wreath.
