French 2nd Empire Carved Horn Snuff Box, Napoleon III

Original era manufacture. A pocket size box which appears to be made of carved horn. The box measures 95 x 40 x 28 mm, with a 28 x 45 oval on the lid, bearing a hand painted likeness of Napoleon III.Sound overall, the lid no longer snaps closed.
