WW1 1914 Mons star trio with original August to November 1914 ClaspTo- 5236.PTE.H.MARVIN.4-DGN.GDSHenry Marvin was born in Hackney, London & enlisted in Dalston. He first landed in France 21-8-1914 serving with the 4th Royal Irish Dragoon Guards & was sadly killed in action in France & Flanders 3-11-1914. He has no known grave but is commemorated on the Menin gate memorial at Ypres.
