Reichsnahrstand Document to Settle Land Sale-This document is dated 18 Juni 1938 and is from the Reichsnahrstand which was the Third Reichs farming and agriculture division. This letter is from an official at the organization to a person who was leasing 8 acres of land to a farmer. The reason for the letter is that he heard from the lesse that the lessor was planning on selling 5 of the 8 acres and he is pleading with him not to sell. The land had been leased for years by Mr. George Neuse, Osterode/Harz, Augustenthal 4 from the Eugen Weidner Company Gypsum Works. It also states that the lesse had been trying to contact the lessor and that he had already made an offer to buy the land. It is pretty interesting stuff! The document measures 11 ½' by 8 ¼' and has a great graphic of the Reichsnahrstand motto. There is minor corner wear, otherwise in find condition!
