1924 British Empire Exhibition Wembley gilt and enamel souvenir badge

A scarce original 1924 'British Empire Exhibition souvenir badge' gilt laurel wreath, the voided centre mounted with patriotic red, white and blue shield depicting the official symbol 'The Wembley Lion'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.Height approx 27mm.
