Original WWII Dutch NSB letter Schiedam

This Dutch NSB letter is in good condition, dates from 1942 and was hand-signed by NSB Circle Leader North-West J.H. Roskam.Inscription:'Comrade,With reference to your detailed report dated August 5th I can inform you that I have taken good note of all this. I regret with you that you have to see another good trooper out of your small group of workers, but we hope that we shall soon succeed in recruiting new workers in this group. I regret, however, that for health reasons you have tendered your resignation as group leader. The reasons for this do not call for me to hold you to it, but I trust that before you resign, you will first propose your successor to me.Your report to Kameraad Dikken.
