Post Office Engineering trade union badge

A very good original circa 1940's 'Post Office Engineering Union lapel badge'; small circular gilt brass example inlaid with red, white and blue enamel, bearing shield with clasped hands to the centre and 'P.O.E.U. 1887' below, the reverse with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St. Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no stress marks or damage to the enamel.Diameter approx 20mm.
