WW1 1914-15 TrioTo- 2-LIEUT.W.H.PRICE.NORTH'D.FUS (star)& 2-LIEUT.W.H.PRICE (WW1 Pair)Walter Henry Price from Monkseaton was a former member of the Durham university O.T.C. He was commissioned in to the 6th T.F battalion of the Northumberland Fusiliers and first landed in France in January 1915. He was twice wounded in France. Once in May 1915 & again in July 1916.
