RAF No 214 Squadron (Federated Malay States) Royal Air Force Badge by H.W. Miller

A rare original early Queen Elizabeth II period pin badge, depicting a nightjar (a bird which is active at night) and Latin motto 'Ultor In Umbris' (Avenging in the shadows) the reverse impressed with maker's details 'H.W. Miller Ltd Branston St B'Ham 18'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, an excellent example.Height approx 34mm.
