Scots Guards Battledress Set, Rees No.2

US War Aid pattern jacket and trousers attributed to The Lord Rees. Scots Guards pattern rank insignia for Lieutenant and embroidered shoulder titles, and with printed 13 Corps/Trieste District Formation Signs attached with press studs. Typically modified for a Guards officer with modified collar and leather football type buttons and added shoulder pads, map pocket removed from trousers for 'best'. Makers label in both items dated 1943. Good used condition but with some small holes. The jacket is named inside in indelible pencil. See separate listings for more information about this officer.
