RAF No 1 Parachute Training School Royal Air Force badge

A good original early Elizabeth II period 'RAF No 1 Parachute Training School pin badge' with embossed parachute canopy to the centre and motto 'Knowledge dispels fear', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'H.W. Miller Ltd B'Ham.18'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.Height approx 34mm.
