Vietnam War NVA Flag, Cotton, 18 x 29 Inches, Veteran Purchase

Original era manufacture. All cotton construction with a machine sewn yellow star at center. Shows staining and wearas shown, sleeved at one end for hanging. Measures 18 x 29 inches. Just a quick amendment toour description is in order. The three Vietnamese flags we placed on our site this morning, formed part of the Japanese collection we purchased several weeks ago. The collector, a gentleman whom we have been acquainted with for many, many years, was a veteran of the Vietnam war, serving in the capacityas a US Navy courier around 1964-65. Today, while speaking with him on the phone regarding additional purchases of his collection, he mentioned that he had obtained these three flags while on duty in Vietnam.
