Isle of Man Fire Brigade Cap Badge 1960 to 1965

A scarce original short lived circa 1960 -1965 period Queen Elizabeth II period fire fighters uniform cap badge', chromium plated eight pointed star the top displaced by a Crown, red enamel motto circlet 'QUOCUNQUE JECERIS STABIT' (Whichever way you throw it, it will stand) and displaying the 'Manx Three legs symbol' on red enamel ground. Very good condition, complete with two loop fittings and matching chromium plated split pin, no stress marks or enamel loss.Height approx 46mm.
