Japanese WWII Army Boat Crew Tunic Insignia

Original era manufacture. Thin silver and gold wire embroidery on a blue wool backing with a brass star at center. Sewn to a brown wool backing material. The ends of the blue portion are lifting up from the backing material. Otherwise light age and wear.
