Japanese WWII, Army Late War Issue Enlisted Field Cap

Original era manufacture. Olive green cotton field cap made out of several sections of material. Original sewn wool felt star on the front. Adjustable brown leather chinstrap, which is secured by two steel side buttons.White cotton lining with issue stamps, brown leather sweatband with a size marking on one side. The cap was never issued, and displays storage and handling wear only.
