A scarce original circa 1950's 1960's period 'Shell Oil Company promotional badge'; large gilt brass example bearing embossed red enamel 'SHELL' title across the centre; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'JRGaunt London' in relief. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no enamel loss.Height approx 27mm.
