British Army General Service Beret. Olive/brown woolen construction beret with two metal ventilation grommets. The beret is nicely maker marked by 'J. Compton Sons & Webb Ltd.' from London and dated 1945. The beret is sized '7' marked. The beret is marked with War Department Depot Code Z' indicating 1945. Nice example in very good condition!
