An Garand clip loaded with eight inert rounds. Each round is stamped PPU 30-06 SPRG. The base of the clip is stamped IMI. UK Sales Only.The M1 Garand rifle uses a distinctive metal clip, also called an 'en bloc' clip, to feed its internal magazine. This clip holds eight rounds of .30-06 Springfield ammunition. When the last round is fired, the empty clip is automatically ejected with a characteristic 'ping' sound.
