Description
Genuine and well preserved British MKII steel helmet. Liner is 1940 dated example, by JCS&W (J. Crompton Sons & Webb Ltd. London) and still feels a supple for its age. Shell retains its factory green finish inside but exterior is camouflaged in rough sand mixed paint. Inside is marked F & L (Fisher & Ludlow Ltd of Birmingham) and dated 1939. Complete with webbing chin strap in good condition. A very nice British helmet!
