Very nice light worn Police visor with orange piping for the Gendarmerie. The visor is light worn and is complete with its original insignia up front. Besides a few minor moth nips, the exterior remains void of damages and retains its nice saddle shape. The interior shows light wear and the altough no maker mark is shown on the sweat shield, the black velvent band between the body and sweatband is a typical trade mark from the Peküro factory. Size marked 58. A desirable hat. In my opinion a wartime ca. 1942 made example.
