Rare heavy Type 98 prototype helmet in good condition. This helmet looks like other Japanese helmets shapewise but its weight instantly tells another story. It weighs about 2,5 kilo which is easily more then double the weight of the normal type 90 helmet. The helmet has a reinforced upper portion doubling its steel plate. The helmet retains its original liner and factory finish.
