Rare unissued type 98, version 3, Japanese sun helmet in excellent condition. The helmet is a late war example which can be worn as a helmet as is, or covering a steel helmet shell. Complete with its original woven insignia and labels inside!This helmet was a part of the late Nick Komiya collection who was a very knowledgeable Japanese collector who wrote many interesting articles onWarrelicsand Wehrmacht Awards forum.
