Description
Westwall Medal (Deutsches Schutzwall-Ehrenzeichen). The Westwall medal was instituted by Adolf Hitler on 2 August 1939 for military personnel, and civilian employees, who assisted in the planning and construction or defence of the German fortifications on the western border of Germany. The tombak (Buntmetall) type medal comes without ribbon. Nice original medal in good condition!
