Description

A red felt triangle sewn to a triangle of khaki material. Black writing to reverse looks like ' 10 / G How' which I take to stand for the 10th (Service) Battalion of the Yorkshire Regiment (Green Howards). Came with a lot of other Green Howards items already listed. I have confirmed that the 10th Battalion of the Green Howards did wear a red triangle on both arms and a larger version on the back of the tunic. Circa 38mm tall. Rare.Comm ErYa
