Boy Scouts Rover Scoutmaster officer EPNS hat badge c1937-1952

A scarce original 1937 - 1952 pattern early issue 'Rover Scoutmaster Officer's hat badge'; Electro Plated Nickel Silver arrowhead in circle, 'R.S.' instead of stars inlaid with red enamel, 'Boy Scouts' motto scroll below, the reverse impressed 'E.P.N.S'. Good condition, complete with green nylon plume, correct amount of bobbles top and bottom, two flat loops fitting and split pin.Height without plume approx 36mm.
