A textbook example of a Japanese Occupation Made Parachutist Qualification Wing.Marked 'Sendai Japan' and dated 1946 als all known Japanese wings are dated 1946. This particular example compromises a non-sterling made example. Both variations are well known. These wings were predominantly issued to the 11th U.S. Airborne stationed in Japan. This wing was found with its original 11th Airborne oval. The badge and oval are in overall nice used condition, and with great patina!
