Rare U.S. Airborne Invasion Flag Armband - Unissued Condition

This is a rare example of a in unissued condition U.S. Airborne Invasion Flag. This so-called third type was a flag printed as an armband on sturdy paper. This type was issued for the Southern France, Holland typically by the 82nd and 101 Airborne, and Rhine jumps and was worn as an armband or cut or folded and pinned to the sleeve. The armband is as described unissued.and complete with his orginal safety pins and never been folded. Hardly encountered in such fantastic condition.
