German ''Der Stahlhelm' Anniversary Meeting Badge Ingolstadt.

In a very good condition a German 'Der Stahlhelm' Anniversary Meeting Badge in Ingolstadt Badge by Ferdinand Hoffstätter of Bonn am Rhein. It is constructed out of a die struck aluminum base that has been black painted. The shield shaped obverse features; the Der Stahlhelm helmet emblem, above 'Ingolstadt 16. Und 17. Sept.' along with an edelweiss flower, that all lied on a black base and is surrounded by an oak leaf pattern with '1918' (left) and '1978' (right) and 'Deutschland – Europa' (bottom). The full back reverse is diamond patterned, is maker marked 'Hoffstätter Bonn' and has a horizontally glued on rectangular plate that holds a well working pin assembly. It measures 1 3/8 inches wide by 1 7/8 inches tall. A nice Der Stahlhelm membership piece.
