Extremely long (1,42 mtrs) black artificial-silk ribbon bearing the gold printed title in cyrillic script 'Baltic Fleet'. A gold anchor is printed near each end of the tally. Very good condition apart from minor fading to the print.Scarce original Cold War era tally.
