Air Raid Precautions 1938 silver miniature ARP badge by William James Dingley

A scarce original made just prior to the Second World War fine quality 'Air Raid Precautions warden miniature silver badge' the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1938 (O) and impressed with maker's details 'W.J.D' (William James Dingley Warstone Lane, Birmingham). Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting.Height approx 19mm.
