Allgemeine SS Drill Fatigue Tunic

Allgemeine SS Drill Fatigue Tunic-This is a scarce tunic, not often seen. It is produced in an olive drab herringbone twill material that is excellent, remaining very clean and showing very minor wear only. There are lower patch pockets with straight flaps. There is a six button closure and all buttons are grey finished pebbled metal. There are two metal belt hooks. It is unadorned with any insignia but the unlined interior is very well marked. This includes maker info, size info, the date1 39 and a 'V.A. 1939' ink stamp. There is also a large capital letter 'R' stamped above all of this. There are buttons around the neck area for what I would assume would be some kind of sweatband or collar liner. It is a size large. Excellent!
