Scarce pre-1881 officers silver and gilt ' Small plumes / large numbers' pattern waist-belt clasp. The Prince of Wales's plumes above the number, '23' to the centre of a circlet bearing the title with plain squared rococo scrolled belt loops to each end. {Slight verdigris to reverse on belt ends}
