Knights of St. George 1946 silver presentation medal

A scarce original fine quality 'Knights of St. George presentation pin badge'; ornate silver shield bearing red translucent enamel cross, mounted with a representation of 'Saint George and the Dragon', inscribed to reverse 'KNIGHTS OF ST GEORGE PRESENTED TO W.A.LYNAM DEC 1946'. Very good condition, complete with pin fittings, hook an old replacement, no enamel loss.Height approx 79mm.
