A shield bearing a rampant lion from the Arms of Denbeigh Borough Council to the centre of a crowned oval carrying the title, ' Denbighshire Volunteer Regiment 1915' on a multi-rayed star. Worn as part of the WW I raised Volunteer Training Corps.
