6x30 Dienstglas binoculars 'ddx'

A very nice mid-late war period example of the 6x30Dienstglasfield binoculars.Recently discovered out of a veteran estate, this particular pair are presented in completely untouched condition and retain the vast majority of the original factory-applied tan paint.They are clearly maker coded 'ddx' forVoigtländer u. Sohn AG, Braunschweigand display a blue triangle to signify suitability for use in colder climes.The optics would benefit from an internal clean/service if intended for use, and it should be noted there is a crack to the lower hinge as shown.Still a lovely, honest and unmessesed with condition example that would be perfect for display amongst any combat equipment / upon a mannequin setup!
